Dave is an experienced Digital Transformational professional who is highly skilled in Digital Marketing and Brand Management. He has over 20 years of experience executing marketing strategies across the consumer, enterprise, and small business segments. At Verizon, Dave pioneered the design, deployment, launch, and marketing of Verizon Visual 411, a sophisticated digital, omnichannel, software-based local search application deployed across TVs, mobile phones/apps (Android, iOS, etc.), desktop PCs, and Tablets (Patent: US 9,374,461 B2). Frost and Sullivan recognized this omnichannel strategy for its approach, innovation, and execution. Furthermore, his mobile apps were an Appy Award Finalist in The Search Tools Category, coming in second to the Zillow Real Estate App.
Dave has an extensive background in Digital Marketing, Branding, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, Pay-per-click Advertising, Business Keywords, Website Usability, Link Building, Website Copywriting, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, Logos, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet of Things.
Dave is a Certified Search Engine Marketer (SEM) and a graduate of Search Engine College. Dave is also a professor and teaches Search Engine Marketing, Digital Brand Management & eCommerce Marketing at Collin College in Frisco and Plano, TX. Dave holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems/Application Development from the University of Dallas, an MS in Aviation Safety from Central Missouri, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Charleston. He is a graduate of the Business Excellence Program from the Haas School of Business at California, Berkeley. Dave is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami.
